EasyTrax quick opener: now with three new dimensions

The cable carriers from the proven EasyTrax series from KABELSCHLEPP Metool are now available in three additional versions. In total, the series now comprises five models with inner heights from 4.6 to 31 mm. The new dimensions allow a new application spectrum for the compact cable carriers – from sun roofs and office furniture to assembly machines. In any case, users benefit from especially fast cable laying without tools: up to one meter of drag chain can be filled in less than a second.

Previously, the EasyTrax family comprised the cable carriers of types ET0115 and ET0320 with inner heights from 4.6 mm or 18 mm. The new ET0180, ET1455 and ET0350 with inner heights of 11.9 mm, 25 mm and 31 mm are now available from stock.

“The EasyTrax is one of our most compact cable carrier for particularly small cable diameters and narrow installation spaces,” says Werner Eul, Product Manager Cable Carrier Systems at TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP. “Wherever it is used – this drag chain puts an end to tangled cables. It bundles the cables and guides it to the places where energy or data are needed.” On all EasyTrax types, the cables can be pressed in easily and quickly without tools, saving time and costs.

Depending on the model, different areas of application are possible for the EasyTrax cable carriers. The ET0320, for example, is available for use in office furniture as a special design variant with smooth outer contours in white and in elegant silver. The attractive design makes this EasyTrax ideal for cable routing from the table top along the frame and to the connections in the floor. The larger EasyTrax ET0350 with an inner height of 31 mm and an inner width of 50 mm, on the other hand, is designed for use in packaging machines such as palettizers, film wrapping machines or order picking systems. For guiding 20 or more cables, users can fall back on the new EasyTrax 1455 with an inner width of 78 mm. This drag chain can therefore be used to equip applications in assembly and automation technology. With the end connectors of the ET1455, the cable carrier can be bolted from above, from below and from the face side.
